If you're in perimenopause or post-menopause, replace confusion with clarity and trial-and-error with evidence-based decisions— so you can act early, when it truly matters.
You’re capable of even more — once you know how.
You’re not just ageing. You’re transitioning into a powerful new phase — and with the right knowledge, you can feel like yourself again.
Are you wondering if hormone therapy is safe? When to start — or whether you need it at all? Should you wait until your periods stop? Do you need blood tests?
Is intermittent fasting right for you — or just another trend?
Could hair loss, mood swings, or even stalled career growth be linked to perimenopause?
And what about breast cancer, weight gain, or metabolic syndrome — when should you investigate? Are there natural solutions? Which supplements truly help, and which are a waste of money?
You’re not alone — and you’re not imagining things.
Many women spend years stuck in trial and error, wasting time, energy, and money chasing clarity. That ends here.
I’m a medical doctor with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science and Nutrition, and postgraduate training in menopause, gynaecology, genetics, and medical aesthetics. After years of clinical experience, I’ve seen what works — and what doesn’t.
This platform was created to give you structured, science-based guidance so you can stop guessing and start understanding

Beyond Medicine
I’m passionate about women’s health education, evidence-based living, and making science easy to understand. Outside of my medical work, I enjoy reading, playing tennis, and anything that keeps us active and connected.
I believe true wellbeing combines a healthy mind and body — with purpose, joy, and meaningful relationships.
