- MEDICAL SECOND OPINIONS
Medical second opinions are based on the medical information, clinical history, investigations and other documentation provided by the patient.
Remote assessments may be limited by the absence of physical examination, incomplete medical records or the need for additional investigations.
A medical second opinion does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, treatment result or clinical outcome.
Further assessment by a locally authorised healthcare professional may be recommended.
The provision of medical advice, prescriptions or treatment depends on applicable professional registration, legal authorisation and clinical appropriateness.
MZ Medical does not provide emergency medical services through its website.
Patients requiring urgent medical attention should contact their local emergency services.
A doctor–patient relationship arises only where an individual clinical service is formally agreed and provided, not merely through visiting the website or submitting a general questionnaire.
- CLIENT AND PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients and patients must provide accurate, complete and relevant information necessary for the agreed service.
Patients should disclose relevant medical history, medications, investigations and other information that may materially affect a medical assessment.
Clients remain responsible for decisions and actions taken outside the agreed scope of professional services.
Nothing in this section removes MZ Medical’s applicable professional duties or liability for failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
- BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS
Appointments and professional services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment may be required before an appointment or engagement is confirmed.
Certain services require advance submission of relevant information or documentation.
Clients should follow the instructions provided during booking.
Rescheduling and cancellation arrangements will be communicated before purchase and are subject to applicable consumer rights.
If MZ Medical must cancel an appointment, an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund for undelivered services will be offered.
- FEES AND PAYMENTS

Additional work outside the agreed scope requires separate approval and may involve additional fees.
MZ Medical does not guarantee reimbursement by healthcare insurers, employers or other third parties unless expressly agreed.
- CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation, withdrawal and refund requests are governed by the applicable service agreement, the Refund & Return Policy and mandatory consumer protection legislation.
Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, including an applicable 14-day cancellation right, customers may exercise that right in accordance with the relevant law.
If a customer expressly requests that a service begins before the statutory cancellation period expires, proportionate charges may apply to work already completed if the legal requirements have been satisfied.
Where a service has been fully performed following the customer’s legally required express request and acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right may end where permitted by law.
For digital content supplied immediately, the customer may be required to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the resulting loss of the statutory withdrawal right where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights relating to defective digital products or services not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
- DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Educational resources may include e-books, recorded courses, downloadable materials and other digital products.
Digital resources are intended for general educational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
They do not replace personalised professional medical assessment.
Access, delivery conditions and any technical requirements will be communicated before purchase.

MZ Medical does not guarantee regulatory approval, investment, fundraising, commercial success or the outcome of any introduction.
Each client remains responsible for obtaining appropriate independent professional advice and making its own business and investment decisions.
- INVESTMENT AND FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES
MZ Medical does not provide regulated investment, financial, tax or legal advice.
MZ Medical does not act as a regulated investment adviser or broker-dealer.

MZ Medical operates internationally.
The availability and scope of services may vary according to local laws, professional registration requirements and the nature of the service.
Medical services, recommendations and prescriptions are provided only where legally authorised and clinically appropriate.
Clients are responsible for informing MZ Medical of their relevant location and providing accurate information where this affects service eligibility.

Changes will not automatically alter existing signed agreements or remove rights arising under contracts already concluded.
