The Healthier After 40 Menopause Workshop is a medical education experience designed to empower women to live longer, healthier lives.
First, the Healthier After 40 Menopause Workshop explores symptoms that can appear during perimenopause and post-menopause. We also explain long-term consequences such as osteoporosis, insulin resistance, weight changes, and their impact on health, work, and relationships.

Next, the workshop reviews hormone replacement therapy, including oestrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. We explain what each hormone is used for, their potential benefits and risks, when they may help, and when they should be avoided.

Finally, the workshop focuses on practical strategies for nutrition, exercise, and supplements to support bone health and reduce abdominal fat and insulin resistance.

The Healthier After 40 Menopause Workshop is a live educational session that helps women understand perimenopause and post-menopause from a medical, evidence-based perspective.
It covers symptoms, long-term health consequences, hormone therapy, and practical nutrition, supplements and exercise strategies.
This workshop is suitable for women over 40 who want clear medical information to make informed decisions about their health. It is particularly relevant for women experiencing menopausal symptoms, as well as those concerned about osteoporosis and long-term health.
